Hyper Converged Infrastructure

A hyper-converged system allows to integrate technologies to be managed as a single system through a common toolset.
Hyper-converged systems can be expanded through the addition of new nodes to the existing nodes. Common use cases include virtualized workloads.

Hyper-convergence grew out of the concept of converged infrastructure. Under the converged infrastructure approach, a vendor provides a pre-configured bundle of hardware and software in a single chassis with the goal of minimizing compatibility issues and simplifying management. If required, however, the technologies in a converged infrastructure can be separated and used independently.

Since hyper-converged packs compute and storage in a single chassis this takes away the need of separate storage infrastructure and all associated storage hardware & storage administrator.

We have over 4 years of experience in implementing Hyper-converged infrastructure using various Tier 1 vendor hardware. These include

  • Dell VRTX
  • EMC VXRack
  • Nutanix

If your organisation is going through a hardware refresh journey it’s definitely worth investing into Hyper-converged technology, let us show you why.
